More Info  (these new rates are effective for bookings made from 1st July 2020)

  • Although the standard of service we provide is of the highest quality, our rates do not reflect this. One cat per day is charged at the rate of £14.00. For two cats sharing a double pen (from the same household) the fee will be £22.00. A minimum charge of £42.00 per pen applies for short-term stays at our boarding cattery in Dunbar, East Lothian.
  • When booking a pen, a non-refundable reservation fee of £42.00 is required.
  • The minimum period of stay is normally 3 consecutive days except between the dates 23rd December and 2nd January or 1st July and 19th August when the minimum is 5 consecutive days.
  • All sleeping quarters are individually heated and thermostatically controlled. The cost of heating is included in the above fees.  Clean bedding and blankets are also supplied within the price.
  • We do not accept cats that display any signs of ill health at time of arrival, nor do we accept un-neutered males over the age of 8 months.
  • Your cat will be fed twice daily with Hills, Iams, Royal Canin, Whiskas, Go-Cat dry kitten or adult food as preferred without charge. Other, special diets and/or prescribed medications can be accommodated for, but you may need to bring these in sufficient quantities to cover the period of the stay.
  • Cats will receive individual daily play time and be groomed as required to ensure that the cat is in the same condition, they arrived in. Again, it is important to note that this comes as part of our standard service.
  • All visiting cats must have valid, up-to-date vaccination certificates available for checking on arrival. The most recent vaccination/booster date must be at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. No cats will be accepted where these conditions have not been fulfilled. To provide the best care possible for all boarded cats you must disclose all medical conditions, recent medical procedures and any medication taken by your cat(s) in the last 3 months. Failure to do so may result in refusal of boarding.
